Time of delivery and transport:
Delivery of goods from Go-smag.dk is regarded executed when the consumer has had the goods in hand. The goods will be sent by the Danish postal services.The delivery time for normal shipments within Denmark is 48 hours, to the European Union 7 working days and in countries outside the European Union 14 working days. The time of delivery is fixed if the goods are in stock but where the goods have to be ordered at our suppliers, time of delivery will be only indicative.

Risk of goods:
The risk of goods bought at Go-smag.dk is transferred to you as a purchaser at the time of delivery.

Complaints and guarantees:
Any flaws or shortcomings at the time of delivery from Go-smag.dk are to be advised within reasonable time from the discovery of the flaw. It is your duty to state and, on request, show the nature of the flaw or shortcoming. You must report a flaw to Go-smag.dk as quickly as possible upon discovery. As a whole, you can only file a complaint about flaws that appear within two years from delivery.

Go-smag.dk  gives you a 14-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods. Should you want your money back, KLEEMANN must be informed within 30 days from the day you receive your goods. It is your duty to return the good in the original packing and in the same condition and amount as you have received it. You must pay all expenses connected to returning the good.
